I really need to get into exercising. I’ve lost weight and need to tone, but lately I have been too lazy to workout. Walking is always a good choice.

I always find that doing a slow walk on a treadmill at 4 mph with a full incline of 15 degrees upwards is better for burning calories than an all out run on a treadmill.

Great health awareness post!
Walking is the all time recommended exercise for anyone. It is one of the best stress relievers. For people with back ailments, walking is a definite recommended exercise.
It is cheap and you can do it just about anywhere there is room!
