On first reflection you may not think that buying furniture online is such a good idea, but actually there are many reasons to consider it for your next major purchase. If you need inspiration then I would always suggest a trip round some actual furniture showrooms first in order to get an idea of the kind of thing you are looking for, but if you are clear in your mind then just go for it!

You are not just limited to buying in this country either, and if budget restrictions aren’t an issue then the sky really is the limit. Online furniture stores will often show items such as beds in situ as well so that you can copy the interior design style of a whole room if you wish to, right down to the colour of the walls. Throughout our lifetime, many of us will fall in love several times before we find the right person. Often, it’s a case of you have to be with the wrong person, so you know the right person when you find them. With this in mind, your first serious relationship may take place when you’re in high school, your twenties, thirties or even much later in life. Regardless, your first serious relationship will be different than any you have had before, you will feel there is more at stake, more on the line and you will be eager to get it right as much as you can — after all, a girl like this may not come along twice.

Thank goodness for the warmer weather! Finally the children are free to play happily outside without freezing their toes off and ending up with sniffley colds every other week. It is such a pleasure to be able to sit outside in the sunshine watching them as well – especially when you have other Mums for company and a nice pot of coffee.

When little friends come round for tea after school I am always happy to feed and entertain them, but life is so much easier when they are in the garden rather than the house. It never ceases to amaze me how quickly they can turn single beds into space ships, duvets into tents and generally ransack their bedrooms in a matter of moments. Read more… »
