Bingo parties: A great excuse for a girlie get together

You’ve heard of Avonparties, Ann Summers parties and even Jamie’s Italian parties, so why not host a bingo party at your home?
I don’t know about you, but I find the most annoying thing about going to someone holding a party at their house is that you feel obliged to buy something. I don’t mind the fun aspect of them or the fact I get to have a few nibbles and drinks while I’m there – but I do resent the fact that my money goes towards paying for free gifts for my friend and I end up buying things I don’t need just because I’m aware of this fact!
If, like me, you often feel slightly uncomfortable heading to a themed party at a friend’s, why not buck the trend and go for something original and fun, which doesn’t require the attendees to part with their cash?
All you’ll need to get this going is some bingo cards, big marker pens, a bingo-ball machine and a big, loud calling voice!
If you want to make it a bit more fun, you could perhaps turn it into a dinner party-style event, catering for your friends or even getting everyone to bring a dish with them for the evening. You want to provide some nibbles and drinks along the way, so it doesn’t get boring at any point.
Even if you’re not willing to play bingo caller all night, you’re bound to have some takers once the action gets under way, so just bide your time and you’ll be sure to have someone offer to do it instead!
You’re bound to have a fantastic girlie night with some bingo action, so what are you waiting for? Plan your bingo party now!
